Since an early age. My grandfather and I
spent countless hours in the woods and waters from here to the Northern
most tip of Maine. My infatuation with the outdoors has since taken me
across this beautiful country and back, chasing big game. This passion
has culminated into a career in the archery business that I started in
my early 30's , when I opened Archery Plus, a full service archery store
in Spencer, a. I am currently expanding into firearms sales also . I
have recently acquired a new hunting partner in my stepson Tylor . What
a rush ! I now enjoy it more than ever . In April 2008 , Josh and I
decided to take it a bit further and delve into videotaping our hunts .
We are greatly enjoying this adventure and are looking forward to
inspiring the young and old to support this great heritage. Take your
kids and create a memory and bond you'll never forget ! See you in the
woods. |

I live in Sutton, MA with my beloved wife
Karen and my Chocolate Lab, Autumn.
After growing up in the small town of Upton, MA on a small farm, I
experienced different kinds of wildlife all around me. Although I didn't
take interest in hunting until my late teens, I was pretty keen on the
wild game that surrounded me.
I was introduced to bow hunting by a friend of mine in high school
(1982) and that was the beginning of my passion for bow hunting. Since
then I have used 3D and spot archery to fine tune my game. I have
competed in 3D tournament archery at the highest level throughout the
Northeast and many other parts of the country for most of the 1990's and
have been involved in the archery community for the better part of 17
years.
My bow hunting passion has taken me to several states including CT, PA,
VT, MA, and NH. I hope to include several new states in the near future
while filming with Passthru Outdoors.
I can't express how much this opportunity with Passthru Outdoors means
to me. It hope it can take my hunting experiences to the next level and
beyond. It seems like a dream come true for all the hard work I have put
into archery over the years. I look forward to all the hunting
experiences I can put on film for you viewers to share. |

I live in Nashua N.H.. I've been hunting
with my dad since about the
age of 12 . Mostly a duck and pheasant hunter, it wasn't till the early
90s when I started bowhunting for deer . After I saw my first deer from
a treestand at at about 15 yards and missed the shot I was hooked . I
never thought you could get so close to such an animal. My friends will
tell you now I spend more time hunting than I do at home. If your
looking for me after September 15th, you had better be looking up in the
trees because thats where I'll be. |

I started hunting at about twelve years of
age with my dad (god rest his soul), mostly being a bird dog when the
dogs weren't available, "Paul, get in that swamp, and push out some
birds!". That's all i can remember, but i would get rewarded at the end
of the day when my dad would pass me his Browning and let me shoot doves
by the dozen as they flew over the cleared corn fields of western mass.
I also learned a ton from my older brother Andrew (jeez, god rest his
soul too) from tying fishing knots to shooting BB guns and pretty much
anything else that involved the outdoors. I have been an avid
hunter/fisherman since. From slamon river trips to Oswego county N.Y. to
waking up at 2 AM. with sully and making the trek to lower Connecticut
to shoot (at) some early season deer. We're in the woods every chance we
get. Carrying the camera with us to try to catch some of the action on
film. So in closing i hope we can bring you some entertaining footage in
these upcoming seasons. Thanks for reading! |

I started hunting with my father before I
could hold a bow or gun. I learned everything from my dad from hunting,
fishing, to the job I do today third generation electrician). This is
how we became best friends. I remember him teaching me how to shoot with
an old wooden long bow and after loosing all his arrows we made them out
of tree branches. Even with my fathers guidance my first few years were
still learning experiences. I've now been hunting, fishing, and anything
to keep me in nature for at least 25 years and I wouldn't change a
thing. I now have a family of my own 2yrs old Jake 1yr old Madalyn and
I've already started teaching them everything I can and even got some
more help from PAPA. Thanks for everything dad. |

I am 35 yrs old born and raised in
Worcester MA. I have been married for the past 17 years to Kathy and
have two teenagers Katelyn and Shane Jr. I am proud to say my son Shane
just got his first kill a 200 lb wild boar. It must be in the blood!! I
started bow hunting when I was 18. Growing up in the city with no
hunters in my family to influence me. I don't know how I caught buck
fever! But I do know its incurable and gets worse with age hopefully,
watching our experiences at passthruoutdoors you will catch it too
.Working with passthruoutdoors is a challenge I look forward to . I am
the owner of a small landscaping company in MA which helps me to
schedule work around hunting so. I can spend plenty of time in the
woods. Hunting is my passion it never stops. Scouting is a must all year
round. |

Whether it's during the hunting season or
in the off season there is nothing I think about more than the aspects
of hunting afield, scouting or the sportsman camaraderie that goes along
with hunting. Sportsman's activities are my true passion in life. It's
what I crave for seven days a week, twenty four hours a day and three
hundred and sixty five days a year. I believe that the dedication and
devotion to the sport of hunting one puts forth, will create memories
for a lifetime! It's the challenge of the hunt, every hunt is different
to me and trying to adapt to outdoors, sharing hunting excitement with
friends and being a successful hunter keeps me PUMPED up about hunting! |

I am a native New Englander whose passion
for the outdoors was passed on from my family, especially my father who
always took me with him to the local sportsman’s club for different
events, as well as taking me fishing whenever he could. My first hunting
experience was hunting pheasant for many years with my father. I was
immediately hooked, and wanted to hunt as often and as much as I could.
In high school I was introduced to archery by my friend and current
teammate Rob Cote. He taught me the ropes of bow hunting whitetails, and
helped me get my first deer. The rest is history. Over the years I had
always wanted to share my encounters with family and friends, so I
brought the video camera scouting and soon found myself filming my hunts
in western mass. Four years later Rob and I had the opportunity to
compete on a national TV show called the Proteam challenge. This was a
great experience that Rob and I learned a lot from. I have harvested
animals from Maine to Texas, but my heart has always been in New England
woods. I am excited and looking forward to being apart of Passthru
Outdoors to showcase New England hunting at its best. |

Hi I'm Rob Cote, a New England (MA)
native, and obsessed bow hunter. I've been into hunting since I was 10,
when my father started taking me into the woods scouting for deer sign
making me walk in his tracks behind him to teach me how to walk quietly
in the woods. When I was 14 I was able to hunt in a tree stand on my own
for a Massachusetts Youth Day hunt. Not having my father there to
critique how quiet I was or how much I was moving, I turned to fast to
my right only to scare away a nice 3 1/2 year old 6 point that was
literally 10 yards from me and walking right under the stand! The
following year when I was 15 I hunted religiously. Every day after
school in the tree, every Saturday, in the tree. On the last day of bow
season I arrowed the 142lb 7 point that I believe was the same one I saw
the season before on the youth day hunt. Since that day I have been
obsessed with hunting, dedicating as much time as possible in my
schedule to be in the woods scouting, hunting, or shooting my bow with
my dad or my friends. I took up Turkey hunting two years ago and lucky
for me I have had great success. Three years ago I got my friend Jeremy
into bow hunting whitetails, and soon into Turkey hunting, and then we
decided to pursue filming our hunts. We have now taken our hunting to a
whole other level, fruitlessly spending our money on gear, tags,
scouting and researching every chance we get away from work, all in
preparation for New England Spring Turkey and Fall Deer season. I look
forward to sharing our upcoming hunts with you the viewer as we further
our experiences of hunting New England's public land. I am truly
obsessed and dedicated to the challenge our favorite past time presents
year in and year out. And yes, I still spend Sundays and some Saturdays
deer hunting with my father every season. |

I was born, raised and still live in
Spencer, MA. I've been hunting since I was 14 with my father, older
brothers and grandfather. I owe my knowledge of the woods and wildlife
to spending my formative years listening and watching these experienced
hunters. I have two careers. Physical Therapy pays the bills and working
as a Bow Technician / NAA Level 2 Certified Archery Instructor Archery
Plus is my passion. I enjoy being around bows and hunters more than
anything else. I am passing on my love of the outdoors and hunting to
Emily, my young daughter, who enjoys nothing more than traipsing through
the woods to check sign, cameras and joining me in the treestand.
Filming our hunts has brought my outdoor pursuits to the next level and
I look forward to sharing future adventures with all of you. |
